	Arrow Root Powder Arrow root powder gives an almost glowing look to powders. Used in 2:1:1 with cornstarch, kaolin clay, and arrow root makes a beautiful light linen powder. 	Camphor Camphor tablets are used to make balms and rubs. I haven't had a chance to experiment with it yet, but here is a link to a site with instructions to make tiger balm. Be careful how you use camphor, large doses of camphor are poisonous and will cause delirium and convulsions. 	Containers, mixing These containers are perfect for working with your fragrance and essential oils . They are made with material that will not be damaged and leak. One ounce containers, these containers have graduated marks in the actual plastic to measure part oz, cc, ml, tablespoons, and drams. 20¢ each One cup containers, these containers have graduated marks colored onto the plastic. 	Germaben II Out of Stock Lotion needs a preservative to keep it free from bacteria for more than a few weeks. Like everyone else I would love to use only natural products in my lotion, but if lotions are going to be sold in Canada, Health Canada expects lotions to be safe for use under an number of storage conditions. Natural preservatives could extend that time a month or two, but over time there would be a great risk of bacteria and molds. 	Germal Plus, Liquid Germal Plus is an alternative to Germaben II and can be used in all the formulations that germaben II can but at lower usage levels. Even at low usage levels, beginning at 0.05%, challenge data has confirmed that Germall Plus can deliver broad spectrum antimicrobial preservation. Germall Plus is compatible with virtually all cosmetic ingredients and it is water soluble . 	Phenonip Phenonip exhibits effective micro biostatic activity against a wide range of bacteria, molds and yeasts at concentrations of .25% (point 25 %) by weighted volume and less, though it is recommended from .25 to 1% depending on the conditions. Phenonip can be used at higher heat levels without losing effectiveness and with higher oil concentrations than either germaben and germal plus can. 	Goat milk Powder Add Goat milk powder to your soap or make a soothing milk bath. For cold process soap add 1-2 Tablespoon of goat milk powder per pound of oils in your recipe. Reserve some of the water from your recipe and add enough water to the goat milk powder to create a slurry or paste. 	Phenolphthalein Phenolphthalein is used to test for a high ph. You can not get a ph "reading" from this product, what you will get is the ability to test for lye in your soap. Phenolphthalein will turn pink to red depending on how much free lye is in your soap. As your soap neutralizes the pink will become less, until finally it will not turn color at all. To use phenolphthalein just drop a bit onto your soap. $4.50 per 60 ml

	Vitamin E MTS-70 is a natural anti-oxidant produced from tocopherol that is derived from vegetable oils. MTS-70 contains a mixture of the d-alpha, d-beta, d-gamma, and d-delta tocopherol. It is an effective natural anti-oxidant for personal care applications such as creams, lotions, lip balms and sticks, and essential oils, as well as carrier oils.
